Naturopathy consists in accompanying the person towards a healthy lifestyle, in a responsible and autonomous way, with respect for oneself, others and the planet. The goal being that she finds or rediscovers a balance in a form of natural instinct to be healthy.

The naturopath considers the person as a whole and uniqueness. This means that each individual is unique and has specific needs. The emotional state of the person will have a major importance on his good health.

Through an exchange and the realization of assessment via different techniques (ex: iridology, reflexology…), the naturopath will evaluate the health potential of the person, his predispositions and the dysfunctions in his hygiene of life.

He will then be able to establish a plan in the form of cures spread over time and adapted to the person's progress (1st: preparatory, 2nd: descaling, 3rd: harmonization/revitalization) so that they find harmony.

To do this, he will use the 10 techniques specific to naturopathy: 1. Food hygiene, 2. Psychology, 3. Phyto-Mineralogy (aromatherapy...), 4. Palmistry (massage), 5. Kinesiology (physical activity), 6. Hydrology (sea bathing...), 7. Reflexology (plantar...), 8. Actinology (exposure to the sun...), 9. Magnetology (magnets...), 10. The Gases (breathing exercises...).

Naturopathy does not replace conventional medicine, but it can very well be associated with it.
